Intégré Leadership Development specializes in personal and organizational health and development. We work with individuals, organizations, schools, and students to create cultural health and personal leadership growth. We believe in the importance of whole health, meaning that a person must be well physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and relationally. We utilize Enneagram and emotional intelligence coaching to help individuals grow and business groups learn to work better together through team and bridge building. Our education initiative, The Press In Project, works with staff and students to build a healthy school culture where all students feel safe, heard and valuable and lead from that perspective.

Anna Chapman
Founder and Leadership Coach
Anna is a coach, speaker, writer and activist for emotional health and intelligence. She has a professional presence that comes across as polished yet authentic, warm and witty. Anna has been chasing good stories her whole life, listening to others, and finding joy in helping others recognize the gift and power of their own unique story. After working in the field of marketing for two decades, Anna shifted gears from products to people. As a leadership coach, Anna works with individuals and groups to help develop their leadership skills, find their voice and impact the world around them in a positive and effective way. Anna lives in beautiful Montana and enjoys life with her husband, four kids, a golden retriever and a cat that thinks she’s the boss of them all.
